The Consulate of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for the Painting project to repaint the Double height Atrium (Walls, beams, and coves) in the Chancery as outlined in the following scope of work, at the US Consulate, Bur Dubai, Dubai.
The Consulate intends to conduct a site visit at 10:00 AM, August 29, 2023. Participants will meet at US CONSULATE, BUR DUBAI, DUBAI. In order to attend the site survey, please send the following details to HajeerHM@state.gov by 10:00 AM, August 28, 2023
➢ Full name as per EID
➢ Nationality
➢ Name of the Company
➢ Valid EID Card number
Attendance is limited to only two persons per company.
Submit your proposal via Email to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov and HajeerHM@state.gov on or before 11.00AM local time on September 11, 2023. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1449
2. Section B; Pricing
3. Section K, Representations and Certifications and ensure 52.229-11 with competed with W-14.
4. Additional information as required in Section J and Section L.
