The US Embassy Abu Dhabi would like to get competitive quotes for fabrication and installation of HVAC duct. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions given in the RFQ, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address mentioned below.

Quotations are due by November 28 , 2023, at 10:00am local time. No quotes will be accepted after this time. In order for a quotation to be considered you must complete and submit the following via email to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov copying BodotaLB@state.gov

1. Duly filled Standard Form 1449 (complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24 and 30)
2. Duly filled NDAA Compliance Document (see attached PDF file)
3. Copy of Trade License
4. Technical data sheet of the requested item and/or brochure
5. Delivery lead time
6. Statement of Warranty
7. Evidence of active System for Award Management (SAM) registration details
