This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for providing qualified contractor for purchasing and installation of furniture’s. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions given in the RFQ, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address mentioned below.

Quotations are due by August 31 , 2023, at 10:00am local time. No quotes will be accepted after this time. In order for a quotation to be considered you must complete and submit the following via email to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov:

1. Duly filled Standard Form 1449 (complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24 and 30)
2. Duly filled NDAA Compliance Document (see attached PDF file)
3. Copy of Trade License
