RFQ_ 19TC1023Q0003_ Periodic Inspection of Lifting equipment
The U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi invites competitive quotes for providing periodic inspection on lifting equipment for the U.S Embassy Abu Dhabi and off-site Warehouse # A02, KEZAD, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. as per the schedule of supplies /services given in the RFQ attached.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-quotation conference will be held on Monday, May 11, 2023, at 10:00 am (local time) at the US Embassy Abu Dhabi. Prospective offerors/quoters shall submit duly filled Site Visit Access Request Form via email at AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov copying BodotaLB@state.gov by May 9, 2023 at 10:00 am (local time) along with ID copies of its delegated staff, to arrange entry to the building.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically via email to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov copying BodotaLB@state.gov and marking the subject line “Quotation Enclosed – Solicitation No.: 19TC1023Q0003″.
