RFQ PR11860159 – Office Reconfiguration Furniture
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for supply of Office Reconfiguration Furniture for the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. Interested vendors can submit quotations, by following the instructions in the solicitation attached.
Quotations are due by September 12, 2023 at 10am (UAE time). No quotes will be accepted after that time. In order for a quotation to be considered you must complete and submit the following via email to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov, and copying IbrayevEA@state.gov:
- Duly filled Standard Form 1449 (complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24 and 30)
- Duly filled NDAA Compliance Document (see attached PDF file)
- Copy of Company Trade License
- Proof of registration on SAM.gov (System for Award Management)
