This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for hotel lodging for COP28 delegation.  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions given in the RFQ, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address mentioned below.

Quotations are due by June 9, 2023 at 10:00am local time. No quotes will be accepted after this time. In order for a quotation to be considered you must complete and submit the following via email to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov:

1. Duly filled Standard Form 1449 (complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24 and 30)
2. Duly filled NDAA Compliance Document (see attached PDF file)
3. Copy of Hotel Certificate issued by the UAE Government
