The US Embassy in Abu Dhabi invites competitive quotes for a qualified contactor to perform painting work and supply and installation of the metal blinds at the American Embassy Compound, Abu Dhabi. If you would like to submit a quotation, carefully follow the instructions given in the link here.
A pre-quotation conference/site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 09:00 am at the U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi. Prospective quoters should fill the attached “Site Visit Registration Form” and email it to Joseph John at AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov copying JohnJM@state.gov by or before 10:00 am on Monday, August 28, 2023 to arrange entry to the building.
Quotation must be submitted by email to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov copying JohnJM@state.gov marking the subject line “Quotation Enclosed – RFQ NO.: PR11872356” no later than 04:00 pm (UAE time) by or before September 19, 2023. No quotation will be accepted after this time.
