Resumption of Limited Routine Notary Appointments: The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi and U.S. Consulate General in Dubai are now offering limited appointments for routine notary services. To schedule an appointment, please use the online appointment system for Embassy Abu Dhabi or Consulate Dubai.
The Embassy and Consulate continue to offer appointments for other routine services including minor passport renewal, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBAs), and first-time adult passport applications.
Renew U.S. Adult Passports from Home: The U.S. Embassy and U.S. Consulate General are accepting passport renewal applications for eligible adults through Emirates Post. We urge all eligible applicants to take advantage of the new mail-in service. Detailed information can be found here.
